STARLINK PRICES 2026: UK & USA COST GUIDE

MONTHLY PLAN PRICES, HISTORICAL DEALS AND THE NEW £10 OR $10 EQUIPMENT FEE

STARLINK PRICES IN 2026: SERVICE PRICE VS FULL MONTHLY BILL

The service prices tracked on this page remain unchanged. The latest public figures we recorded are £40, £60 and £80 per month for the three UK residential tiers, and $55, $85 and $130 per month for the equivalent US tiers.

The June 2026 change is a separate equipment charge. Some new residential orders now show a £10 monthly kit fee in the UK or a $10 monthly kit fee in the USA when the dish and router are supplied as rental equipment with no upfront hardware payment.

On affected new rental orders, the full recurring totals become roughly £50, £70 and £90 per month in the UK, or $65, $95 and $140 per month in the USA, before address-specific offers, optional installation and US taxes.

The February, March, April and May figures below have been retained because they show how the underlying service price changed over time. Both charts now include a new 10 June 2026 total-cost series. It adds the £10 or $10 rental-kit fee to the three Residential plans, while leaving Roam unchanged because the reported residential charge should not be applied automatically to those packages. Always confirm the final amount at checkout. For more detail, read our full guide to the Starlink monthly equipment fee.

NEW JUNE 2026 EQUIPMENT FEE

Starlink has started showing a separate monthly kit charge on some new residential orders. The fee is £10 per month in the UK and $10 per month in the USA.

The order may still show £0 or $0 upfront for the kit, but the hardware is being rented rather than given away. A standard rental kit remains Starlink property and normally has to be returned when the service ends. Customers can be charged if required rental equipment is not returned.

MARKETSERVICE PRICES KEPT ON THIS PAGEMONTHLY KIT FEEFULL RECURRING TOTALS ON AFFECTED ORDERS
UK£40 / £60 / £80£10£50 / £70 / £90 per month
USA$55 / $85 / $130$10$65 / $95 / $140 per month before tax

The fee adds £120 or $120 each year. After three years, rental payments total £360 or $360, without necessarily transferring ownership of the kit.

Upfront purchase prices, rental availability, shipping, installation and promotions remain address-dependent. Existing customers do not appear to have been moved automatically to the new fee, but every subscriber should check their own account and billing notices.

JUNE 2026 UPDATE: OLD PRICES RETAINED, NEW KIT FEE ADDED

The April promotional rows and the 26 May service prices remain in the trackers for historical comparison. A separate 10 June series has now been added so readers can see the new full recurring total without losing the older figures.

The 26 May UK bars remain £40, £60 and £80, while the new rental totals are £50, £70 and £90. The 26 May US bars remain $55, $85 and $130, while the new totals are $65, $95 and $140 before tax.

Roam and Business prices are also retained below. The newly reported monthly kit fee concerns residential rental orders, so it should not be added automatically to every Roam or Business package without checking the live order summary.

STARLINK PRICING FAQS

HOW MUCH IS STARLINK PER MONTH IN THE UK?

The tracked service prices are £40, £60 and £80. Some new rental orders add a separate £10 monthly kit fee, taking the recurring totals to approximately £50, £70 and £90. The earlier £25 and £35 prices remain historical comparison points.

HOW MUCH IS STARLINK PER MONTH IN THE USA?

The tracked service prices are $55, $85 and $130. Some new rental orders add a $10 monthly equipment fee, making the recurring totals approximately $65, $95 and $140 before tax. The earlier $35 and $50 figures remain historical entries.

WHAT IS THE NEW STARLINK MONTHLY EQUIPMENT FEE?

Some new residential orders now show a separate rental charge of £10 per month in the UK or $10 per month in the USA. It adds £120 or $120 each year to the service price.

DO I OWN THE STARLINK KIT IF I PAY THE MONTHLY FEE?

Not under a standard rental arrangement. The rented dish and router remain Starlink property and normally have to be returned when service ends.

DOES THE EQUIPMENT FEE APPLY TO EXISTING CUSTOMERS?

The fee has appeared on new residential orders. Existing users do not appear to have been moved automatically, but customers should check their account and bills.

ARE THE £25 UK AND $35 US DEALS STILL AVAILABLE?

No. Those were April 2026 promotional prices in selected areas and remain only as historical tracker entries.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I HIT MY STARLINK ROAM DATA CAP?

On Roam 100GB, exceeding the high-speed allowance moves the connection to lower-speed unlimited data until the next billing cycle. Check Roam hardware terms separately.

CAN I USE A RESIDENTIAL PLAN IN MY CARAVAN?

Residential plans are tied to the registered service address. Travelling users normally need a Roam package.
