How to claim Three's switching credit

The credit is not automatic. Keep the final bill from your previous provider and submit it in the claim window after your new Three service starts.

1 · Join Take an eligible new 24-month 4G or 5G Three Home Broadband contract.
2 · Submit From day 14, send the final bill showing your address and eligible leaving fee. Submit it within 90 days of your contract start date.
3 · Credit If approved, Three says the credit is applied to your broadband account within 30 days, up to the £300 limit.

On 4 October 2026, Three's public Home Broadband page showed the unlimited 24-month plan at £18 a month. The listed schedule rises to £21.50 from 1 April 2027 and £25 from 1 April 2028.
02How much is Three's 12-month Home Broadband plan?
The live 12-month plan is £24 a month on 4 October 2026, with £27.50 shown from 1 April 2027. That is higher than the £22 figure Three displayed in September.
03Who can claim the £300 Three switching credit?
The offer applies to eligible new 24-month 4G or 5G Home Broadband contracts, including new customers and existing Three customers adding Home Broadband. Your previous final bill must be from a UK broadband provider and show the relevant leaving fee and address.
04When do I submit my old provider's final bill?
Three says to submit it from 14 days after activation and within 90 days of your contract start date. If the claim is approved, the account credit can take up to 30 days to appear.
05Does Three offer student Home Broadband discounts?
Yes. Three currently advertises 20% off eligible 12- and 24-month Home Broadband plans for students. Verify through Three's student page and check the final basket because student pricing and future-charge wording can differ from the standard public deal.
