The YouFibre Promise

YouFibre is still leaning hard on customer-friendly switching and fixed-price messaging. These are the main live promises worth surfacing:

• Fixed Price Plans: no in-contract price rises on fixed plans, unless you choose to add or upgrade services.
• Price Match: available on You 200, You 500 and You 1000 only, calculated on a like-for-like 12-month basis. Social tariffs and rolling monthly deals are excluded.
• Contract Buy Out: up to £300 back when you join on a 12-month contract, submit a final bill showing the early termination charge, and pay your first bill.
• Wi-Fi 7 hardware: current public residential offers are marketed with Wi-Fi 7 equipment included.

Optional Extras

Need more than broadband? These add-ons are still part of the live YouFibre ecosystem:

• YouMesh: add Wi-Fi boosters to push coverage into hard-to-reach rooms and improve whole-home coverage.
• Static IP: available for users who need a fixed IP for remote access, hosting or more specialist setups.
• YouPhone: YouFibre’s VoIP home phone option, designed to help customers keep a home number as the UK moves away from old analogue lines.

YouFibre also offers a social tariff for eligible households. It keeps the speed modest but still gives access to full fibre, which makes it more useful than many ultra-basic fallback products.

Current official terms say the social tariff runs on a 12-month contract, cannot be combined with other offers, and changes to £26.99/month at the end of the initial term if it is not renewed.
