Zen Internet Broadband Deals & Offers April 2026
Compare standard new-customer Zen Internet broadband prices
Searching for the best Zen broadband deals and offers? Below, we’ve organised the main Zen Internet packages currently available for new customers. Whether your address is served by Openreach or an altnet such as CityFibre, Trooli, or Freedom Fibre, compare the standard tracked Zen broadband prices below. Zen continues to promote no in-contract price rises on its consumer broadband deals.
Note: Deals shown are standard tracked new-customer prices on 18-month terms. All plans feature unlimited usage/downloads, and the dated tracker column below is included for ongoing price monitoring.
Zen still promotes a Refer a Friend programme where you and your friend each receive a £25 voucher after a successful referral goes live.

Before checking the prices below, remember that Zen continues to promote a Contract Price Promise on its consumer broadband pages. This means no in-contract price rises on the tracked standard offers shown here. Zen also continues to advertise a speed guarantee and UK-based support.
Full Fibre (FTTP) over Openreach
The UK's most widely available full fibre network. These Zen Openreach fibre deals include a static IP and unlimited downloads.
Note: Openreach Full Fibre Max is the least certain row in the standard package matrix because Zen’s newer public marketing talks more broadly about speeds up to 2Gbps / 2.3Gbps. It is best postcode-checked before publishing as a hard offer claim.
Openreach Bundle Pricing (with Digital Voice)
If you add Digital Voice during signup via Zen’s published bundle journey, the tracked bundle pricing below applies.
Full Fibre over CityFibre & Altnets
If your home is covered by CityFibre, Trooli, or Freedom Fibre, Zen’s tracked standard pricing remains lower than the equivalent Openreach tiers and continues to show £0 setup fees.
CityFibre Pricing
Trooli & Freedom Fibre
Tracked standard pricing matches the CityFibre tiers exactly (£30/mo, £36/mo, £42/mo, £57/mo) with £0 setup, but top speeds vary slightly by network:
- Trooli Speeds: 164 Mbps, 550 Mbps, 910 Mbps, 2300 Mbps.
- Freedom Fibre Speeds: 101 Mbps, 525 Mbps, 950 Mbps, 2300 Mbps.
Superfast / Part-Fibre (FTTC / SOGEA)
If you don't have full fibre coverage yet, Zen's Superfast packages still offer unlimited downloads, UK support, and the Contract Price Promise.
Zen Voice & Wi-Fi Add-ons

Zen remains one of the few mainstream UK ISPs still leaning heavily on a no in-contract price rise message for consumer broadband. For standard new-customer pricing, the clearest split remains between Openreach full fibre and the cheaper £0-setup altnet tiers such as CityFibre, Trooli, and Freedom Fibre.
